I am a STAR member of the Discovery Educator Network and a member of the Teachers Leaders Network Forum. I am a recipient of a Geraldine R. Dodge fellowship to an Earthwatch Institute expedition. I teach middle school social studies. I hold a Masters Degree in Educational Technology and I teach professional development workshops at Morris County's ETTC (Educational Technology Training Center). I have delivered teacher training on Podcasting in Education, Skype, Digital Storytelling, iPads, and Social Media. I am the Vice Chairperson in the School Professional Development Committee. I also co-advise our school's Kiwanis Builders Club community service organization.
